Sammy & Ben

Kangaroobie Princetown, VICTORIA

It was more of a party then a wedding and that’s how we wanted it, just one big celebration with the people that meant the most to us!”

Having their own take on a relaxed & casual wedding, the great ocean road was the perfect scene for Sammy & Ben.

Finding the perfect dress was not so relaxing for our gorgeous bride Sammy though. hiccups went into overdrive with numerous obstacles taking place as Sammy’s quest to find that dress took place! Even on the day, the dress was still too big, but being her wedding day, the bride was simply happy to be getting married, with plenty of champagne to devour of course.

Samantha’s blooms were improbable.  Deep, rich autumn shades with a pop of pink stood true to Sam’s clear vision.
“I actually didn’t see my headpiece or my bouquet until the morning of the wedding but I absolutely loved them they turned out even better then I expected.” Sam’s adorable daughter wore a miniature version of the same headpiece the bride wore.

“Ben wasn’t very involved in the wedding, he tried but had no idea, so my bridesmaids were my partners in crime.”
Writing his own vows was something the groom did enjoy though, creating memorable moments he shared with guests in their ceremony.

Having the beach front and bush lands on hand, made for the perfect photographs before heading to their Vintage cocktail reception.

Pork sliders, prawn skewers, mini hamburgers and pizza’s to feed the late goes that partied on to the wee hours of the next day.
“Our Reception venue also had accommodation on site, so the majority of our guests stayed the night which meant we were able to party all night. This was perfect as there was no kick out time and people could just leave whenever they wanted!”
